  • Arrive at the Paro Airport in Bhutan and meet our local representative and head for Thimpu. Check-in to your hotel here and soak in the sights of Bhutan’s forested landscapes. Relax for the night in the comfort of your room. As the sun rises over the Himalayas,  savour a delicious breakfast as you enjoy the beautiful play of sun and clouds. Today you will visit the National Memorial Chorten, dedicated to the 3rd king of Bhutan and Motithang Takin Preserve which is the zoo for Takin - Bhutan’s national animal. Proceed towards the National Library and Folk Heritage Museum that displays Bhutanese antiques. In the afternoon, take a walk to the Handicraft Bazaar and shop for some traditional arts. Experience a starry evening at Thimphu. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and check-out.  Drive to Paro valley. You will visit Ta Dzong which was a watchtower of the fortress Trongsa Dzong, that is now converted into a state-of-the-art museum. Then, visit the Taktsang Palphug Monastery or Paro Taktsang which is a sacred temple complex, located on a cliff.  You will have to hike for about 2 hours from the base to reach this place to experience a breathtaking view of the valley. Your last stop will be the Kyichu Lhakhang, a Buddhist temple. Later, enjoy a relaxing overnight stay at the hotel in Paro. Savour your breakfast in the heart-warming town of Paro and leave for Paro Airport. Trips may end, but journeys remain etched in your memories forever.
