It’s a collection of over 8 million artefacts, so please make it easier on yourselves by letting me devise a tour which enables you to see those most influential or most beautiful of objects which contribute to our understanding of the human race. It also allows you to relax and take it all in. Having introduced you to the building, an impressive sight in itself, we will be ready to take a tour around the world in approximately two and a half hours. We’ll have a short refreshment break at about halfway around before re-commencing.
